Vasyl Lomachenko is a Ukrainian professional boxer. He is the current WBO super featherweight champion, and former WBO featherweight champion.

He became the first ever two-time Olympic gold medalist from Ukraine in boxing at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Lomachenko has four world titles in two weight divisions and was one of the most successful amateur boxers of all time, having compiled an overall record of 396 wins and 1 loss as an amateur.

Vasyl Lomachenko is a Ukrainian professional boxer and former amateur boxer who competed in the featherweight division.

Lomachenko was born on November 2, 1988 in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Ukraine. Lomachenko began boxing at the age of nine and won a gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He is currently undefeated as a professional with a record of 17 wins, no losses and 12 knockouts.

Vasyl made his pro debut on October 20, 2013 when he beat fellow Ukrainian Denys Berinchyk by knockout in round four to claim the vacant WBO featherweight title.

Vasyl made his United States debut on March 12, 2014, winning a split decision over veteran Erik Ruiz at the Bellator 122. In the co-main event he beat Matt Bessette by unanimous decision.On July 26, 2014, Vasyl won a unanimous decision over Aleksey Oleynik for the vacant WBO super bantam.
