WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TALENT A FIGHTER NEEDS TO COMPETE

Punching Bag Skunk once said the most important talent a fighter needs, is great boxing skills, which hides week chins. So it is not your chin. Woman, drugs and alcohol can kill desire.

So it is not the desire to win. Hell, I desire to hit the Powerball, but I’m still broke.
I don’t know what in the hell a boxing IQ is? I think it’s some made up bull$h!t term like toxic masculinity to justify idiot judges scoring fights, with no damn clue about boxing while drunk at the helm.

Punching power and speed, Most important talent.

Punching power and speed. Now Speed Bag Skunk says THAT’S a fan favorite right? But it can be negated. Sometimes one neutralizes the other.

What about a good trash talker? A good trash talker can destroy any mentally weak fighters focus.
Being fundamentally sound doesn’t equal great fighter either. As a matter a fact it screams mediocre. Most great fighters have SOMETHING they do better than most. Some throw devastating right hands like Julian Jackson. Others throw powerful uppercuts like Mike Tyson. And yet others throw sizzling fast jabs like Muhammad Ali.

Punchingbagskunk resident boxing expert and retired professional fighter Greg Townes shows you all about the jab punch in this informative video “TEACHING THE JAB PUNCH, BOXING EXPERT”

Now let’s move on to woman. A woman can destroy discipline very easily. Date or Gym? Dudes taking the day off period!

WOMAN-IN-CATSUIT
WOMAN-IN-CATSUIT HAS TALENT.

And the universally accepted ingredient HEART??
Your skills suck, but you got heart. The most important talent is not heart. Heart is not winning you no fight.

Heart alone keeps you eating punches until someone hopefully, mercifully stops you from getting brain damage. Plus heart can be beat by fatigue. I fall overboard a ship in the middle of the sea.

When my arms and legs give out, Punchingbagskunk says I’m toast. My heart is NOT bringing me to shore.

WHY IS STAMINA SO IMPORTANT IN BOXING?

So the obvious answer is STAMINA. I don’t care how talented you are if you can only fight for two rounds find another profession.

Let me put it another way. If contestant number 1 CAN fight, and contestant number 2 CAN’T fight. But #2 is in shape to go twelve rounds. And #1 is in shape to go three rounds. Contestant #1 is gonna kick the crap out of #2 for three rounds because he is just a better fighter.

But when he is fatigued starting in the fourth round, #2 will eventually stop him despite being the inferior fighter skill wise.
STAMINA/ENDURANCE is the key.
Your welcome🥇

WHAT IS BOXING STAMINA?

  • Endurance, the ability of an organism to exert itself and remain active for a long period of time, as well as its ability to resist, withstand, recover from, and have immunity to trauma, wounds, or fatigue
  • Stamen (plural: stamina), the male organ of a flower
  • Stamina therapy, a controversial alternative medical treatment based on stem cells
