Earlier we said Greg has his favorites too. Well if you just look down, you will see two pictures on the top of Muhammad Ali and Larry Holmes. These two fighters are the favorites of PBS resident boxing expert. Larry Holmes is his favorite because nobody totally cleaned out the heavyweight division like Holmes did.
He fought some of the best heavyweights in the history of the division including Ali. Although it should be mentioned Ali was well past his prime when they fought.

Ali is number one not only for his accomplishments in the ring. But for the affect he had on people all over the world outside the ring.
As in the picture below, you can see him with Nelson Mandela. Ali has sat with kings, presidents and rulers of this earth. And just imagine. If some little skinny kid from Kentucky didn’t get his bicycle stolen. Who knows, it might not have been a Greatest.
